We will be happy to assist with your enquiry and to design and deliver a presentation that will best suit your event requirements and budget.
GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Availability
Please contact our office to check current availability for the date of your event. No charges are incurred if you wish to place a provisional hold on a date.
Delivery Fees
Our rates vary depending on a number of criteria including industry group, participant numbers and conference location. Please contact our office for a specific quote for your event.
Non Delivery Expenses
Air Travel
Glenn travels business class on all flights. In cases where budgets fail to cover full business class air travel we will negotiate travel costs to cover a reasonable portion of the requisite airfares. Due to the variable and complex nature of Glenn’s travel schedule, airfares are booked through our office.
Land Transfers
Where required the client will arrange a car and/or driver to transfer Glenn from airport to the venue and return. Cab vouchers can also be provided as an alternative.
Accommodation
A non-smoking hotel room is required. The number of nights to be booked and/or a late check-out requirement is dependent on the venue location, presentation times, flight schedules and existing bookings around the date of the event. All room charges for appropriate night(s) accommodation and meals are to be charged to the client’s master account.
Terms and Conditions
Glenn Capelli is confirmed for an event once a signed agreement and 50% deposit has been received. Balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellation fees do apply, specifically
- In the instance of a cancellation by The Client, the Deposit payment is non-refundable.
- Deposit payments can be carried over in the instance where at the time of cancellation, the presentation is re-booked for an event within 12 months of the original presentation date.
- Cancellations made by The Client within 21 days of the event date will be charged the full Delivery Fee plus any non-refundable expenses.
Payments
- Cheque - please make payable to Capa Pty Ltd. Please note we are unable to accept international cheques.
- Electronic Funds Transfer - account details will be provided on our invoice. When paying via EFT, all individual country withholding taxes or other applicable taxes and bank charges must be paid separately by the remitter.
Copyright Issues
Australian copyright laws prevent the recording of any presentation by any means including digital, audio or video recordings without the express written consent of Glenn Capelli.
